A company is only as good as the individuals that it is made up of. At Kingstal we pride ourselves on being able to attract people with the very best skills and knowledge in the industry. But it doesn’t end there. By focusing on job satisfaction and effective teamwork, we ensure that our employee retention rate is second to none.
Naturally, we invest heavily in our people in the form of training. but we also work hard to ensure that everyone has an understanding of what other departments do, and the challenges they face. This enables us to work together more effectively as a team.
Our successful track record of performance on a build to specification project is down to a collaboration of all the teams, painstaking testing, evaluating and quantifying all the technical issues prior to the installation.
This enormously valuable process has helped us improve and expand our range of capabilities on offer.
