Our capabilities & fleet

  • We have a fleet of 6x HIAB’s along with truck/van mount MEWP’s and small vans. Our largest HIAB is a PM38.5, which has a lateral outreach of 21m and a vertical reach of 26m. At this distance the crane can lift 1000kg.
  • 3x of our HIAB’s are PM23.5, which have a lateral outreach of 16m and a vertical reach of 21m, at this distance the crane can lift 750kg.
  • 1x HIAB is a PM19, this has a lateral outreach of 12m and a vertical reach of 16m, at this distance the crane can lift 850kg
  • 1x HIAB is mounted onto a small transit van, ideal for small installations or groundworks jobs on smaller places. This can lift 300kg at full stretch of 4m.
  • All HIAB’s come fully equipped with various length webbed slings, male and female eyebolts ranging from M10 – M30 and a different assortment of shackles for size and weight of load – all which are independently tested by a qualified engineer under LOLER 1998 regulations every 6 months and internally every 6 weeks.
  • All of our vehicles come fully equipped with an assortment of drills and battery powered tools, a vast array of 110v power tools and general hand tools to complete the job.
  • Our appointed persons can attend site to assess any potential hazards prior to install and supply you with a detailed lift plan and any risk assessments/method statements.

In the UK, welder approval codes are to BS EN and ISO standards, each of our welders have a wide range of coding to cover the wide range of services that we offer. it is a legal requirement for all structural steel to be fabricated to at least execution class 2, and to fabricate to this standard, all welds must be to the correct procedures.
