Aldi Speke

Kingstal were enlisted in the design, build and installation of the signage at the new Liverpool store on Speke Road. The site consisted of 2x 6m twin leg totems, 2x large 7.5m totems with a depth of 1500mm and 4x 2m x 2m totem signs, more signage than on any other Aldi store.

Kingstal took on the design of the large totems from an image supplied by the client, our team of experts designed the signs in such a way that they would be as cost effective as possible. Each sign had a large hidden door to allow easy maintenance. The signs were finished in situ on site by the brick workers. The signs had to be levelled precisely so the top row of bricks fit flush with the powder coated aluminium cladding. Due to the location of one of these large signs, we had to lift out of hours from a closed road which required a detailed lift plan supplying by our in-house appointed person.
